 I am a registered nurse and I love helping people lead happy and healthy lives. I believe everyone has the power to be their best self, no matter how old they are or what stage of life they're in.

Working as a registered nurse, I've seen firsthand that it's not always easy to make healthy living simple and achievable. That's why my mission is to help others live more mindfully by making healthy living quick, simple and attainable. I’ve created Nursana Health and Wellness - an online hub where people can find recipes and wellness tips to start living healthier today!

I also have a passion for home decor and gardening.  I love creating new projects and decorations for my home and especially for the kitchen which after all is the heart of the home.  I have a beautiful garden in my backyard where I not only have beautiful plants and flowers but a thriving vegetable garden as well.
